Americans say they don't generally answer calls from unknown numbers. Your ads did their job — your caller ID lost the lead. VeriNect makes sure the next ring carries your name.
The problem

Every missed call is a job you already paid for

You spend real money getting homeowners to raise their hand. Then the callback shows up as ten unknown digits — and the lead you bought books with someone else.

01

You buy the lead

Angi, Thumbtack, Google Local Services, referrals — you pay real money to make the phone ring.

02

You call back

Their screen says “Unknown Number.” Nothing about you, your business, or why you're calling.

03

They don't pick up

Straight to voicemail — like 8 in 10 unknown calls. Maybe they listen. Probably they don't.

04

They call your competitor

The next contractor who reaches them wins the job you paid to find.

The platform

Get answered. Run the job. Get paid.

Three things every contractor needs, finally on one platform.

Your name on every ring

VeriNect broadcasts your verified business identity — name, logo, and the reason you're calling — signed with the same STIR/SHAKEN standard carriers use to fight spam. Homeowners see a real, verified local business before they decide to pick up.

  • Carrier-level verification — spoofers can't fake it
  • Displays on iPhone and Android
  • Nothing for the homeowner to install

Lead to done, one pipeline

Every job moves through nine clear stages — lead, estimate, approval, scheduling, work, invoice, paid — with the customer record, call history, notes, and estimate-vs-final variance attached. No more digging through texts to remember where things stand.

  • Customer records with full job and call history
  • Estimate vs. final tracking sharpens your quoting
  • Built mobile-first for the truck, not the desk

The tap that closes the job

When the work is done, send a verified payment request by text. The homeowner sees your business identity when they tap to pay — the same trusted name that's been on their screen since the first call. No invoicing software, no chasing checks.

  • Secure payment link, one tap to send
  • Card and bank payments to your business account
  • Every payment recorded on the job automatically

How it works

Set up once. Answered forever.

1

Verify your identity

Set your display name, logo, and call reason. Your business identity gets cryptographically signed.

2

Call your leads

Homeowners see a verified business — not ten unknown digits — before the first ring ends.

3

Run the job

Track every job through nine stages with customers, calls, and notes in one place.

4

Send the link, get paid

One tap sends a verified payment request. Money lands in your business account.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask

Does the homeowner need to install anything?

No. Verification happens at the carrier level using the STIR/SHAKEN standard. Your verified name reaches nearly all modern phones; logo and call-reason display depend on the homeowner's device and carrier.

How is this different from Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Those are great scheduling tools — but they don't get your calls answered. VeriNect is the only platform that combines verified branded caller ID with a job pipeline and payments. The moment that matters most in your business is the ring, and that's where VeriNect starts.

What does "verified" actually mean?

Your business identity is cryptographically signed and attested through the same carrier framework used to fight call spoofing. When your call arrives, the network can prove it's really you — which is why it displays with your name instead of a spam warning. Scammers can't fake a signed identity.

What's included in early access?

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line — and waitlist order is invitation order. Onboarding opens when verified calling and payments are fully live, so your first day on VeriNect is a fully working platform: verified caller identity, job pipeline, customer records, call analytics, payments, and team features. The first 25 contractors lock in founding pricing and get a direct line to the founder.

What will it cost?

Early access is free. At launch, VeriNect moves to simple monthly pricing — and the first 25 founding contractors lock in the lowest rate we'll ever offer, permanently. No contracts, cancel anytime.

Does it work for a solo operator?

Yes — VeriNect works the same whether you're a one-truck operation or running crews. Team features (roles, team dashboard, audit log) are there when you grow into them.

Is my data secure?

Two-factor authentication, database-level data isolation between businesses, encrypted storage, and a read-only audit trail. Your customer list is your business — it stays yours.
